Testimonials about The Positive Dictionary

Testimonials, or feedback, about a book is most gratifying for an author. To know that your book is touching people's lives makes the time spent on writing the book all worthwhile.

Here are some testimonials about the The Positive Dictionary:

A remark from an attorney: “I have never read a dictionary but I read The Positive Dictionary from A to Z!

--ooOoo--

‘I really like The Positive Dictionary. I have only read a few words but I am working on it. I like the word ‘Accept’. Accept that success requires effort. Acceptance clears the way for action.

I received The Positive Dictionary from my good friend who also lives in Calgary. We suffered through a shared family trauma last summer and she was sweet enough to think of me when she came across your book. I appreciated the sentiment as well as the ‘coolness’ factor of the book. The book has an honoured place on one of the two bookshelves behind my desk (where all of my reference books are housed in my library.

I also wanted to thank you for your friendship and message that your book has done for me. I carry it with me everywhere I go. Sometimes in a pocket or briefcase and tell many about it. I also wanted to thank you dearly for taking the time out of your busy schedule to talk to me. Your methods of thought are refreshing and new to me and in my opinion provided great insight and thought regarding my future. I just wanted to let you know I am grateful beyond description. I hope all is well for you. A young man of 22.

I would like to thank you for helping spread the message of a positive world!! I read it every day and gain something useful and always positive!! I am the General Manager of a manufacturing company and everyday I post a motivating positive word for all to read. I feel that this meathead is starting to rub off on the men as they seem to enjoy coming work. Keep up the great work Cheers

Thank you for your timely newsletter. It was exactly what I needed today! I am striving... I will take your Positive Acrostic, write it on my white board at work and help me remember what it is that I am doing. Twyla M

I have started to use your book that I bought from you already...This morning before Amy, she's 9 and Sarah, she's 12 and I left the house I showed them the book and suggested that we start with the 1st word in the book and read it before we leave for our day. So we did and each morning now before we leave to go to school and I to work we will have a new word to think about for the day...The girls thought it would be cool to do this... Alice Mooney

I would like to let you know how inspirational your newsletter is. It is always well thought out and creatively designed to keep our interest, especially when some of us have limited time at the end of the work day. Thank you for the time and effort you put in to each newsletter. I especially enjoyed this month’s edition. Juliet

I love your dictionary, newsletter, and your philosophy for they are, at once, enlightening, uplifting, and empowering. What a difference choosing good word/s can make. Thank you for sharing your insights in such an encouraging and fun way' Anita Jonsson

What an appropriate word for this month. Adjust! It is what many of us need to do to prevent us from falling victim to the current negativity of the market and economy. Adjust our spending, adjust our ideals and adjust our visions. What we thought was important last year may not apply to this year. Thus, we must adjust our thoughts to survive in a positive and uplifting way. Twyla M

Your book arrived safely here in Texas and we have enjoyed reading through it. We are going to read from it nightly at bedtime (along with our 12 year old son). My wife is also going to utilize it at work in her morning huddles. Keith Neal
